Make a order

We will process your order according to the information you put on the order form, please check carefully after you received the order confirmation email. If you would like to change or adjust the mistake after order, please inform us by email in writing within 24 hours. You might make change after this time, but we can not guarantee this change can be done if after 24 hour. We will email you a mock up of the uniform to approve for all full custom made order. please get back to us ASAP with your confirmation.

Payment

We accept credit card, PayPal & bank deposit (EFT). Please advise us by e-mail after if you do bank deposit, that way we can process your order promptly. You may choose your payment type when you check out. Payment need to be pay in advance to process the order.

Process & delivery time

Already made uniforms are normally process in 5-12 working days. This includes any decorations. Custom-make uniforms will need about 4-5 weeks to process including any decorations. If an item is currently out of stock, or there is a process delay for any reason whatsoever, you will be notified by e-mail.

The uniforms will take some days to delivery to your place once they ready to dispatch from our warehouse. We can delivery your items to any address including Po BOX. All goods will only be shipped after the payment is confirmed.

We are located in Australia Sydney. We ship your item/s by courier company. Sydney metro will be next days delivery. Parcels within Australia, should be delivered approximately 2-5 working days. As for overseas customers, it may take about 7-12 days. 8mark will not responsibly for any delay by shipping company

Delivery confirmation or postage tracking is purchased for all international and local express packages to protect ourselves from claims of non-delivery. If the Australia Post confirms the delivery and you have not yet received the item, we will not be responsible for the package.

Design & Colour

We strives to made the products accurately all colours and design you requires. All colours and designs for mock up are indicative only, products and image may vary due to computer monitors and digital calibration. finished products can have minimal colour and image variations within a production run, or in subsequent manufacture. Buyer acknowledges that actual colors and image may vary from colour and image shown on your display monitor, and even within an order or in supplemental orders. There are no returns due to colour and image variances.

Return & Exchange

If you find the received item are incorrect, please send us a email contact us immediately. We be happy to replace the item/s at our own cost if there are our mistake, including your return postage costs. custom made uniforms might need 3-4 week process time as we need to remade. 8mark are not responsible for customer's errors. all our custom made uniforms are in sublimation print. No returns for the slight color variations that can naturally occur,this is also apply to heat press print on sublimation jerseys. Size measurement in 1-2 cm different between the size chart and uniform are normal & acceptable.

If you decide to exchange an item/s as a result of your mistake, please add a prepaid satchel inside your return parcel for the exchange. otherwise the postage for exchange items will be charge.Return item must be in ordinal condition. There are no exchange for custom made or custom print item by your mistake.You can reorder the mistake item on your own cost.

All exchange apply need to contact us within 7 days after you receive the item. Item/s must be returned in original condition. There are no refund are payable as we can only apply items exchange.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel the order, please E-MAIL us within 24 hours after the order has been made. We do not accept the cancellation after 24 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sampling

We, as an uniform specialist, supply good-quality jerseys. If you wish to purchase a sample, we may ship your purchase to you by placing a deposit to our account. The amount ranges from $35-$80, depending on which sport item you like. Full amount can be refunded or credited to your order after the sample is returned.

Reorder

You do reorder if requires, they are no minimum order.the price (if no change)& process time will be about the same as your previous order. You can place reorder over the website, please advise the previous order number. For already made item you need to upload the photo of your previous uniform, otherwise we cannot match the previous printing.

Lunar New Year delay

Custom made order and some already made item, place during end of JAN and early FEB might have Lunar New year break delay for 1-2 weeks. please leave more time frame if order during this time.

Disclaimer

In the event that 8mark is to imprint at the request of a customer a likeness of a person, product, logotype, or any other device provided by the customer, The client hereby declares that the client is the responsible party for the use of said image or product. Customer agrees to hold 8mark free and harmless from all liability and indemnify 8mark for any loss, damage or injury, which 8mark may suffer as a result of producing said likeness.
