How can I place an order? Can I place an order via email?
To place an order, you need to either sign in or log in. Choose the item you like, fill in your order details (size, numbering etc) in our order form. Change the Qty to your amount, then add to cart and follow the instructions. You also can place order via email - send all the details of your order (item model number, size etc), your delivery address, then we will send you a invoice by email shortly. We normally don't accept order by phone.
I want to purchase uniforms, how much will they be?
A: The price depends on the item/s you order and whether or not you require custom printing. All pricing is listed on our website (GST inclusive). Please note that the price does not include postage fees. Please check each product description.
If I order uniforms, how long will it take ?
A: The process time varies from item to item - premade items from 5-14 days, full custom made items can be up to 4 weeks. Please check the product description. The whole turnaround time will be process time plus delivery days to your place. The delivery days will be approximately 1-5 days, depending on your location ( we are based in Sydney ).
Do uniforms include top , shorts and socks?
A: Our package uniform are top and shorts inclusive. For other range uniforms, this is exclusive. You will need to click the option to purchase the match shorts, as well as the socks.
Do uniforms include custom printing (name and number)?
A: The package uniform includes name (team or player), and number print. Click the option if you want to print an extra name or logo. Again, other range items are printing exclusive, so you'll need to click the option for custom prints.
I'm unsure about sizing?
A size chart is available on our website which can assist in sizing requirements. The measurements on the size chart were taken when garments are laid flat. Halt chest is the measurement from armpit to armpit. The length is from the neck to bottom. You can compare old jerseys to our size chart. If need help, please contact us by email or phone.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
The size of the uniforms will be equivalent to the size chart (ignore the uniform tag labels). If you order wrong size items without any custom printing, you are able to exchange, but we do not contribute to the shipping cost. If we sent you an item in the wrong size by our mistake, we will exchange it free of charge.
For custom prints or full custom made items, If the item you received has the same measurements as seen on our size chart, but does not fit you, we can exchange or remake them, but this will be your own cost as we can not resell the item. If the size of your items have a significant variation from our size chart, we will exchange or remake them ASAP free of charge.
Can I purchase something and have it sent to another address?
Yes, you definitely can, however, when creating an account with us, please use your own address as the billing address. You can specify the delivery address later on the ordering process.
How can I make a payment?
Our products are generally custom print or full custom made items. We require the payment in advance to process the order. We accept credit card (Master & Visa), Direct Bank Deposit, PayPal and cheque. Please choose your payment option when checking out. Bank deposit details are displayed both during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email. Once funds have cleared, your order will be processed.
How much is postage?
Postage depends on the qty item you order and your delivery address. When you place the order click, "Estimate Shipping" , and our system will tell you the approximate cost. Generally 10 uniforms will cost around $12 - $37 to ship within Australia (this is just an estimate) tracking numbers can be provided on request.
My item/s has arrived damaged - what can I do?
Please contact us immediately. Every order that is sent from our warehouse is checked thoroughly for any problems before postage, however, in an unlikely event, if you do receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us and we will exchange the product for you.
I have previously ordered. Can I order more items if a new player joins my team?
Yes you can - the reorder does not have any minimum requirements, the price (if not changed), and process time will be similar your previous order. For premade uniforms, visit our website and purchase the uniforms you ordered before. For full custom made uniform (sublimation), please order through the link -REORDER CUSTOM UNIFORM. You will need to enter your previous order or invoice number in the box. For premade uniforms, you will also need to upload or email us the photo of previous uniforms, to ensure the same printing layout. 8mark is not responsible for any printing mismatches if you do not send photos of your previous order.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes, we provide services for numerous sporting teams in New Zealand. Customers from New Zealand can place the order on website. As for customers from other countries, please contact us. We will need to give you with a quote on postage and process your order manually. Providing the model number of each product will assist in speeding up the process of providing you with an accurate quote.
